Bio: I humbled to share a little bit about myself with you. I have been Teaching yoga since 2016 at drug and alcohol treatment centers. I absolutely love it, it feels rewarding on so many levels. I am now venturing out a bit more so here I am and I couldn't be more excited and grateful. I started my Yoga teacher training during a pivotal time in my life. I utilized Yoga and energy healing to assist me on my pursuit of reestablishing a connection to the divine and my higher self. With regular practice I was able to become comfortable in my body and foster recovery after years of neglect in all areas of my life. Just like all of us I had to learn some difficult life lessons and overcome immense challenges for my growth. Now I'm in love with life. I'm a proud Mother, Wife, Sister, Daughter and Friend.

About my services: Yoga and Energy Healing are not cures to any of life's ailments but they are tools to care for your physical body and support you on your journey of self realization and receiving information necessary for this cultivation.
