Preparing For Your Session

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR SESSION:

• Please don't provide reader with any details other than your real full name/birth name/nickname/current name until the end of your session, if at all.

• When asking for specific insight be vague and general. The less details you provide, the better. 

• Save your questions for the end of the reading or when the reader asks you if you have questions.

THE FOLLOWING IS NOT REQUIRED BUT WILL HELP YOU TO GET THE MOST FROM YOUR SESSION:

1. Try to be in a quiet space free from distraction & other people or the information you receive may pertain to them and seem inaccurate or it might not make sense to you.
2. If you are in a space with background noise during your session, it will be appreciated if you mute your phone for the duration. Feel free to interrupt at any time. Just remember to mute/unmute.
3. Have a clear and sound mind, free of drugs & alcohol & aim for neutrality without judgement. 
4. Try to peacefully discard any negative thoughts that might cross your mind. 
5. Allow yourself to be open to receive information and try to focus on what you want to get out of the reading, without mentioning it. 
6. The answers might come through in different ways than you might expect so it is important to have an open mind. 
7. It helps to have a notebook handy to jot down any questions you might have during the session to ask at an appropriate time, so you interrupt the connection of a psychic flow or cause a premature exit from a psychic trance. Your reader will check in with you periodically to see if there are questions related to what they have shared or how it resonates with you.
8. No need to feel pressure or rushed, because sessions are organized and structured by time, but they are not limited by it.
